Come along to a friendly, weekly guided discussion where you can find out more about the human givens approach

Background

The human givens approach is being used increasingly within education, health care, the workplace and even international diplomacy.

It is about recognising what nature gave us, and using this knowledge to improve the world we live in. By understanding our own needs and our own behaviour, we can improve our relationships, family and work life. Applying these ideas on a wider scale is helping others to turn their lives around.

This series of guided discussions will give you an introduction to the “givens” of human nature and a deeper understanding of this new way at looking and human and social behaviour.

Who should attend?

Anyone who is interested in human beings - and their innate needs and resources.

Anyone who is open to new ideas and who would like to understand more about themselves, relationships, family life or the world in general.

Anyone who wants to know more about the human givens approach.

Why would I attend?

  • To learn some new stuff about being human.
  • To meet with a regular and friendly group to explore ideas.
  • To learn things which you can apply immediately to improve your relationships in any area of your life (whether personal, in the family or at work).
  • To find out what the human givens approach is about.
  • Because the people who have been on this course thought it was valuable to them. Read more here.

What is it?

  • An inclusive and friendly way to learn more about human behaviour - without jargon or psuedo science..
  • A safe space to bring a friend or partner or just be yourself.

What it isn’t
