  • How to recognise and make use of the existing strengths within families
  • Learn how and why people respond and behave in the way they do
  • Understand families needs and resources - and how our behaviours change when our innate emotional needs are met
  • Learn some simple but effective language and communication skills for improving relationships
  • Some simple differences between the way in which male and female brains operate
  • How to build respect in relationships. How to cope when no-one seems to be listening
