We help people make the most of their talents. Being able to perform to the best of your ability can seem like a delicate balancing act. To be really effective, you need to be able to be highly focused and yet relaxed at the same time. But you have probably noticed that sometimes trying harder makes it all get worse!
New understandings about brain function make it easy to understand why this happens. It also gives us knowledge about how to tackle the problems effectively.
We can teach you some practical techniques which will help you to improve your performance, no matter what the subject. We work with you to focus on exactly the issues which you feel are important. We often teach relaxation skills and use guided imagery to help you to visualise a successful performance.
We identify natural blocks in your thinking and performance habits and teach you techniques which you can use to overcome these blocks.
We want you to feel in control of the process and do not require you to book a series of sessions in advance. You get the help you need when you need it. We are confident that you will find our help really effective and will find benefit right from the very first session.
