We can explain what you need to know. Better still, we can help you achieve these things with practical advice, taking small achievable steps and helping you to practice and develop your new skills.

How well you do in these things depends on many factors. Some people have never had a chance to learn what is needed. Sometimes this is because of their past experiences such as a difficult childhood - maybe they never had a chance to learn what they needed to learn. Sometimes it is because of a trauma or difficulty in the past. Maybe you were verbally or physically bullied or suffered another form of abuse.
We can help you to identify your inner resources, build on existing strengths, identify practical things which will help you, teach you new skills and help you to focus on achievable goals which will give you real sense that you are moving forward.
